- ORDERING FROM US
4.1 After placing an order, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been accepted. An order is only confirmed once the order confirmation has been sent.
4.2 We may refuse to accept an order:
- a) Where goods are not available
- b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
- d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

6.3 From time to time, despite out best efforts some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at an incorrect price, even after we have sent you a confirmation email.
- CANCELLATION, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
7.1 If you wish to cancel your order within 24hours of purchase
- a) you can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have dispatched the goods to you or
- b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 7.2 below.
7.2 You can return goods from us for any reason. Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
7.3 Upon receipt of goods we will give you a full refund within 3-5 working days
7.4 The rights to return the good to us as referred to in clause 7.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: In the event that the product has been returned in an unsellable condition.
7.5 Any item that a customer receives and believes to be faulty, must be reported to us within 48hours via email at email@example.com
