DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are pleased to offer FREE standard delivery to the UK excluding NI.
All orders delivered within 3-5 working days
Monday to Friday excluding bank or public holidays

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not then you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

There are three possible ways to return depending on your item. We will advice the method based on the order

1) Courier collection 

• Return from the comfort of your own home Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
• Book collection day
• Nominate a safe place for collection e.g. Garage if you are not going to be in

2) Royal Mail – Smaller items only (FREE)

• Return through your local Post Office
• You will be emailed a pre-paid returns label which can be printed off and attached to your parcel

3) You may need to send the items using your local post office. 

For all returns please e-mail hello@myglamorousplace.com with your returns request so that we can process your return.

Once your parcel has been received it can take up to 3-5 days for a refund payment to appear on your bank statement.
